Skinterest Skincare Boutique at the Silk Mill in Easton

They’ve been voted Best in the Valley since 2015 and have been in the Silk Mill for years now. They just opened up their new, bigger location also at the Silk Mill which is great because that means there’s more time slots open for appointments! If you want to treat yourself or your significant other, this is the perfect place to do it. Duchess Cookies in Easton

I can’t stress enough that you should run, not walk, to go get these cookies.. They’re “designer cookies” and have the most delicious flavors. I got them a couple weekends ago and hoooooly moly. I got smore’s, funfetti, unicorn and strawberry pb&j .. they every single flavor was AMAZING. I loved that they’re thick and gooey.. a lot are also stuffed with flavors like the pb&j had actual strawberry jam in the middle. Also anytime cookies are served warm, I’m there. Mitzi's Table in Bethlehem

If you love a good brunch spot, you DEFINITELY have to try out Mitzi’s Table! They just celebrated 3 years under new ownership and offer breakfast and lunch comfort foods with a twist! They work with other local businesses like Scholl’s Orchards, Primordia Mushroom Farms, and La Sierra Coffee to use the freshest ingredients for their meals. Also, if you’re a fan of seasonal flavors, their pumpkin pancakes are to die for!

9th Street Asian Market in Stroudsburg

They have a large variety authentic and hard to find Asian snacks, produce, drinks, and more! I’m a huge fan of Asian flavors like Ube, Melon and Matcha so this is heaven to me. They carry this Honeydew Boba Ice Cream.. yes, please. Also they have the Ramune soda flavored hi-chew candies that are extremely hard to find in the US and are expensive online. If you have kids that love Anime, it could be a really fun experience for them to go pick out some items to taste test! There’s also a hot tea bar inside the market.

Penn Picnics

They specialize in small, personal picnics for special occasions or date nights! They provide the set up and food and drinks for the picnic.. including a variety of non- alcoholic drinks. They’re also partnered with Cheese Jawn charcuterie. They offer a variety of packages and are available to set up at multiple locations in the Lehigh Valley! Sleepy Cat Urban Winery in Allentown

Sleepy Cat Urban Winery, located in the heart of the Theater District in West End of Allentown…When we opened in August 2016, we opened with 11 wines and had been making wine at home for 4 years. Today, we share our love of making wine with all of you. We have 20+ varieties of wines that range from dry to sweet and red to white as well as fruit wines. 575 Jacobsburg Road Nazareth If you’re like me and getting ready for a vacation and are concerned about the animals, and you need a “not to worry” situation, stop by Homestead Kennels in Nazareth, they’ve been there almost 40 years and put my nervous stomach at ease, you can stop by anytime for a tour as well! don’t worry about the exercising, they’ll take your puppys for walks, they even do grooming, Call them for pup updates if you like.

Jenny’s Gift Baskets in Allentown

County Seat at the Silk Mill in Easton

They’ve teamed up with other local establishments to support a local 6 year old girl named McCoy who’s suffering from Leukemia. She calls herself “The Real McCoy” so County Seat created a unique, vanilla milkshake cocktail in her honor. $2 from every “Real McCoy” cocktail sold will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man and Woman of the year Campaign. Tshikovi Tea House – 74 S Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865

If coffee isn’t for you, this new shop in Phillipsburg is gonna be right up your alley! They sell specialty teas.. ready brewed and loose leaf. They’ll even do a “tea consultation” to find you a perfect blend! I love the story behind this shop too.. the owner, Yvette, says growing up, tea was a big deal in their house which is why she also named tea blends after her family members!

Horses Unplugged

With the weather getting sunny and warm, this is the perfect time to get out and do something fun either as a date day or with the family! Horses Unplugged offers trail rides, camping with horses, and also experience sessions where you can face your fear of horses by getting to just hang with them and ride them if you’re comfortable. The next time you’re walking up and down Main Street in Bethlehem, stop by this small business spotlight….Donegal Square at 534 Main Street…Located in Historic Bethlehem, purveying all things Ireland and the British Isles. A favorite stop to shop for locals and visitors alike. In 1996 Donegal Square moved to their current location almost doubling in size and allowing the addition of McCarthy’s Tea Roome. Donegal Square has been involved with the Celtic Classic festival since its inception in 1987 and is proud to be associated with one of the best events of its kind in North America, if not the world. I’m sure I’ll be checking them out soon oh yea and the bar too!

Stravino's Italian Market | 269 5th St, Whitehall, PA 18052

Stravino’s is an Italian market and deli. they have imported Italian good needs. have a large variety of meats, cheeses, pasta and home goods, perfect for party planning too, With Easter coming up I’ll be making a drive to Stravinos for cheese! While you’re shopping for Italian goods you can have a meal, with sandwiches and salads too…oh and my favorite fresh bread delivered daily (reminds me of when i was a kid) check it out if you’re in Whitehall or in the mood for good Italian food!

The Ritz BBQ in Allentown 302 N. 17th St.

Ritz BBQ is now open, with new owners and they are even adding breakfast to their menu, so if you’re near the Allentown Fairgrounds stop in for breakfast. if ice cream is your thing, they are planning on having over 40 flavors for you to try, they’ll even have new daily specials too and look for some Allentown fair memories from years past too. Can’t wait to get out there!

Wiz Kidz in Bethlehem

WIZ KIDZ is an 80’s themed restaurant on East Elizabeth and Center Streets in Bethlehem who’s cheesesteaks would put any of the famous Philly cheesesteak shops to shame.. for real. They have a bunch of specialty steaks all with 80’s inspired names, but they also have other food like I’m looking now at a picture of Garlic Parm Pierogis. I wish I could smell them through the screen because they just look delicious. I definitely think I’ll be making a trip out there this weekend!

They’ve been open for about a year now and not only is their pudding absolutely delicious, they’ve also been taking time to do good for their community.
