- DORNEY PARK OPENING WEEKEND: Friday, May 8th through Sunday May 10th. Open weekends through Memorial Day.
- SPRING GARDEN CARNIVAL: Friday, May 8th from 4:30pm to 8:30 pm at Spring Garden Elementary School in Bethlehem. Games, prizes, food, rides, and fun for the whole family.
- LIVE IN THE GARDEN CONCERT SERIES: Saturday, May 9th from 5pm to 8:30pm at the Rose Garden in Bethlehem. Food trucks, drinks and live music!
- RODALE INSTITUTE SPRING ORGANIC PLANT SALE: Saturday, May 9th from 10am to 3pm. This event will feature Rodale Institute’s certified organic vegetable, herb, and flower starts—favorites such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lavender, and zinnias. And this year, we’re expanding our selection of ornamentals and perennials designed to attract pollinators and add beauty and diversity to your garden.
- 6th ANNUAL SPRING ON THE FARM: Saturday, May 9th from 11am to 3pm at Monocacy Farm on Bridle Road in Bethlehem. The day will include a wide variety of plants for sale direct from our greenhouse, local food/craft vendors & exhibitors, info sessions/demos, tours of the farm, and more!
- BELLEVILLE STREET FAIRE: Saturday, May 9th from 10am to 4pm at Steel Stacks in Bethlehem. Open-air market inspired by the great outdoor markets of Europe, bringing together over 150 makers, artists, collectors, food vendors, and small businesses from across the region for a day filled with shopping, music, and community. Free Admission
- MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH AT THE ZOO: Sunday, May 10th at the Lehigh Valley Zoo from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Enjoy a catered brunch fit with Mimosas! Join us for brunch and animal mingles with our Education Staff. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and there’s only 60 spots available.
- MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH AT MUSIKFEST CAFE: Sunday, May 10th at Musikfest Cafe in Bethlehem beginning at 10am. Our annual Mother’s Day Brunch is back again this year, with a delicious buffet and live music performed by Joe Lazorik.

FREE FAMILY FUN including live music, food trucks, cool cars, cornhole tournament, raffles, kids crafts, animals, and much more! Supporting Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital and starting this year, CHOP.
