Swindell recently released his smash single “Never Say Never,” a duet with his friend and BBR Music Group’s rising star Lainey Wilson from his new album Stereotype. The multi-week No. 1 hit follows on the heels of the album’s debut multi-week No. 1 “Single Saturday Night,” which has logged over 245 million streams globally.
In the seven years since his debut, Swindell has racked up an impressive 11 No. 1 singles as an artist – 12 No. 1 as a songwriter – nine Platinum-certified singles (including four 2x Platinum), a Platinum-certified debut album and a Gold-certified sophomore album. The Georgia hit maker has almost 5 billion global career streams. His massive, GRAMMY-nominated hit “Break Up In The End” was named the National Songwriters Association International (NSAI) Song of the Year in 2019.
Swindell has played on some of the biggest stages in the world, including making history with the first-ever live radio and TV broadcast from the 57th floor terrace of 4 World Trade Center. He has played high-profile national television performances on NBC’s Citi Concert Series on “TODAY,” ABC’s “Good Morning America,” “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” ABC’s CMA Fest specials, CMA and ACM Awards, MLB Network, NASCAR and Sports Illustrated, among others.
With more than 2.2 million albums sold and over 2.1 billion total streams, plus a legion of passionate fans at his high-energy concerts across the globe, Rice has established himself as a powerful force in Nashville and beyond. His latest single, “If I Were Rock & Roll,” is the launching pad for new music in the works now and serves as a follow up to his three-part project, The Album, which includes his latest No. 1 hit, “Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen. (feat. Florida Georgia Line)” and Platinum-certified Top 10 hit “Lonely If You Are.” His new music builds upon the success of his sophomore album, Lambs & Lions, which featured the 2x Platinum, two-week chart-topper “Eyes On You,” his first No. 1 as an artist and the most-streamed song of his career to date.
Rice’s catalog also includes his debut album Ignite the Night, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and No. 3 on the all-genre chart while producing a pair of Top 5 hits; “Ready Set Roll” and “Gonna Wanna Tonight.” In addition to selling out arenas with Kane Brown and stadiums with Kenny Chesney and Garth Brooks, Rice also consistently sells out venues across the U.S. and Europe on his own headlining tours.
Tickets continue on sale for Dropkick Murphys with special guest The Bouncing Souls on Thursday, September 1 and the J&J Demolition Derby on Monday, September 5. The Fair is also offering discount ride tickets, discount fair admission, and prepaid premium concert parking.
